Job Description
MCS Group is partnering with a booming SaaS company in County Tyrone working to control system management for global clients. This is a newly created role Sales Development department which this individual will lead. Offering £35-40k with commission the candidate will manage 3-4 SDR's to passionately drive new business ventures including networking, cold calling, and email marketing.
Role
- Player/Manager in small SDR team of 3-4 members
- Create a high volume & high qualify output of daily outbound outreach into qualified new business meetings for AEs
- Engaging with contacts through email, phone, social and video
- Passionately articulating how the business can make a major difference to new customers
- Nurturing prospects from early stage interest through to becoming a qualified lead
Individual
- +2 year of SDR experience, with at least 1+ year Outbound experience
- A passion for technology and a technical aptitude to master sales tools
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding a new business meetings quota
- Experience with Outreach/ Lusha/ZoomInfo/LinkedIn SalesNav
- Experience using ChatGPT / Google Bard to create compelling prospecting emails
