RPA Developer

MCS Group is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to join a global financial powerhouse as they look to build a new team within their Belfast HQ. In this role, you will be responsible for taking ideas for robots collected throughout the firm and designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting the unattended bots themselves. There are lots of opportunities for growth as the business plans to over-double in size in Belfast!

The role

• 3+ years experience as an RPA Developer
• Knowledge of UIPath Software
• Architecting, testing, and maintaining both attended and unattended bots
• Experience with Microsoft technologies - C#/.NET Core/VB.net
• Must have knowledge of JSON, HTML, and experience integrating RPA tools to external applications using DLLs or other APIs

• Enjoys managing a range of tasks and mentoring juniors
• Provide technical guidance and highly complex troubleshooting/problem resolution
• Fintech/financial experience
• Identifies root causes and implements targeted and controlled remediation plans
