To support us during this exciting time we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Team Leaders at all levels of seniority to join our leadership team.
The Recruitment Team Leaders will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy by bringing out the best from our experienced and trainee recruiters. These roles require strategic thinkers with proven track records in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with their teams, clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of recruitment consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track both team and individual KPIs to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, expanding our market presence in ROI and GB.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, team performance, and market insights for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience working as senior 360 recruitment consultant in a management role with a proven track record of success.
- Proven experience of delivering growth within your sector(s)
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
