R&D Technical Consultant

MCS is hugely excited to be working on an exclusive role for a R&D Technical Consultant to join a home grown, thriving business based in NI. This company specialise in driving innovation through providing R&D support to businesses all across the UK and Ireland. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled technical consultant to gain invaluable experience working with industry experts, dealing with senior stakeholders and build a long term career with huge progression opportunities.

The Role

In this role, you will become an expert in providing R&D support to businesses of all sizes across the UK and Ireland. You will be dealing with senior level technical stakeholders, gathering requirements, probing with questions to get as much information as possible as well as writing up a technical report summarising your findings. You will be curious and determined to get all the answers you will need to make a determination on how best to support each customer.

The Requirements

- You will ideally have a consultancy background and have strong experience dealing with customers.

- You will have a technical background that will allow you to communicate with technical stakeholders.

- You will have excellent written communication and have experience writing technical documentation / reports.

- You will have strong problem solving skills and a "can do" attitude

- Have an interest in research & development and innovative projects!
