Quality Engineer Opportunity
MCS Group is proud to be partnered with our client to recruit a Quality Engineer to join their growing team based in Mid-Ulster.
My client is looking for a Quality Engineer with 1 - 2 years experience to contribute to maintaining their industry-leading operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with customers and suppliers to deliver exceptional product quality.
- Assist in managing equipment servicing schedules and employee training programs.
- Investigate and log accidents and near misses to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Confidence to work independently and communicate professionally.
- A passion for problem-solving and driving improvement.
- Some experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 accreditation processes.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
