Qualified Accountant - Monaghan
MCS Group are looking for a Qualified Accountant to join a rapidly growing accountancy practice in Monaghan.
The Company:
Our client is a well established and rapidly growing accountancy practice in Belfast.They provide a range of services from accounts, audit, taxation, bookkeeping, payroll and business advisory services for an exciting and varied range of clients. Due to sustained growth, now is a fantastic time to join the practice as they look to add a Qualified Accountant to the team.
The Role:
As the successful Qualified Accountant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage a portfolio of clients from a range of sectors;
- Preparation of statutory & management accounts;
- Preparation of self-assessment & corporation tax returns;
- Assist with mentoring of junior members of staff;
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
The Person:
The successful Accountant will meet the following criteria:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified or Qualified by Experience;
- Strong accounts preparation experience;
- Strong corporate and/or personal tax experience;
- Audit experience is desired;
- Previous experience in an accountancy practice;
- Strong IT skills;
- Strong communication skills
