At MCS Group, we're seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our client's team and contribute to the implementation and enhancement of their Quality Management Systems (QMS) within the Pharmaceutical Development laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Pharmaceutical Method Development, Stability, Regulatory, and Site QA teams to implement, maintain, and enhance the QMS within the Pharmaceutical laboratory environment.
• Review and provide support in investigating unconfirmed out-of-specification results, authorising Deviations, CAPAs, and conducting necessary reviews in line with approved procedures.
• Actively participate in cross-functional Pyramid Team meetings, providing Quality expertise and support.
• Analyse and trend quality data, contributing to continuous company development and adherence to cGMP standards.
• Conduct Self-Inspections and ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
• Assist in the approval of various quality documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Methods of Analysis, Protocols, reports, Finished Product Specifications, and Shelf-Life Specifications against Registered Specifications.

Essential Criteria:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a GMP/GLP laboratory setting.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience supporting quality investigations.
• Excellent knowledge of GMP and Quality Management Systems.
