3. Materials Procurement Expertise: Oversee the procurement of essential materials, intricately managing the manufacturing process while optimizing expenditure and adhering to quality benchmarks.

4. Effective Subcontractor Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and oversee all subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met punctually and uphold superior standards.

5. End-to-End Project Oversight: Exercise comprehensive oversight across the project life cycle, commencing with meticulous planning through methodical execution, guaranteeing that all deliverables are met.

6. Progress Reporting: Deliver consistent project status reports to clients, showcasing project advancement, confronting challenges, and providing innovative resolutions.

Requirements:

• Transportation and Valid Driving License: This role mandates travel within the Belfast region, hence, a valid driving license and personal transportation are imperative.

• CSR Card Certification: While not mandatory, possession of a CSR card is deemed highly desirable, substantiating your unwavering dedication to safety and well-being within the construction sector.

• Construction Aptitude: Demonstrable knowledge of fencing materials, construction methodologies, and adept project management practices.

• Exemplary Communication: Articulate, precise communication is paramount to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.

• Proven Project Management Acumen: A history of successful project management, ideally within the construction or fencing industry.
