MCS Group have partnered with a Medical company to recruit a Project Manager for their Sales & Services Team due to year-on-year financial success. This individual will aim to ensure requirements are delivered on time, involved in the initial stages of the sales process and working collaboratively through to deal close to ensure client expectations are met to a high standard.

Role:

• Maintain and manage project procedures, including risk and issue management, and change control.
• Service as point of contact between Sales and Services, and the client during the life cycle.
• Liaise with Services to ensure they can deliver projects won by the Sales team.
• Coordinate and motivate team members to achieve milestones, and manage client expectations.
• Facilitate a seamless transition of sales to services to completion, ensuring documentation, contracts, and client expectations are clearly communications.

Individual:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within Project Management
• Healthcare and public sector experience is an advantage
• Sales background with familiarity of PM methodologies

Package:

• £35-40K salary
