Project Manager - Scrum Master

MCS Group is seeking Project Manager/Scrum Master for their client, a fascinating recent entrant to the market in Northern Ireland. Exclusive to MCS Group, we're keen to connect with Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters with experience of working on, managing and delivering software and technology projects ideally in organisations that have experienced rapid growth at scale. Our client operates at the cutting-edge of what they do, and they'll offer an ambitious Scrum Master the chance to work in a truly interesting domain, managing and delivering projects at fast pace and scale.

Please note, this is a hybrid role based in Belfast with sponsorship being unavailable

What you'll have…

• The Project Manager will have considerable experience in project management and/or serving as a Scrum Master within software and/or technology.
• You'll have strong commercial experience of working with Jira along with different methodologies (Agile, Scrum and Waterfall).
• Experience of delivering technology projects with a focus on tight compliance and regulations (think financial technology or insurance) would be a distinct advantage.
• Ideally you'll have certifications to back up your commercial experience - CSM or PMP as examples.

Salary

Competitive depending on experience with a brilliant package which includes enhanced pension and holidays, 10% bonus, private medical and stock options.
