Product Owner/Agile Coach

MCS Group is excited to be partnering with an innovative technology driven Fintech organisation based in the north of Dublin. The company have grown exponentially within their industry and are now ready to grow the team further. With a plethora of exciting characters and welcoming company culture, they are seeking to add likeminded I.T professionals to their team, in the form of a Product Owner/Agile Coach on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months with a view to permanency.

Main duties and responsibilities for the Product Owner/Agile Coach:

• Lead and coach several teams in Safe Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with other key decision makers in the business in order to achieve project goals on time.
• Proactively search for barriers to performance and achievement and look to eradicate.
• Track project workflow, and manage entire process using JIRA.

Qualifications/ experience desired for the next Product Owner/Agile Coach:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Networking, Cloud Technologies, Development etc.
• Strong JIRA experience
• Fantastic communication skills in English.
• Happy to be on site 2 days per week.
• EU Citizenship required due to nature of business.

Salary / package for the next Product Owner/Agile Coach:

• Up to €75,000 DOE (Reviewed annually)
