Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new products, ensuring adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with process engineering teams to assess the feasibility of manufacturing processes related to new product development.
• Manage and coordinate product development transfer activities, ensuring a smooth transition into manufacturing by working closely with process engineering and production teams.
• Create, review, and approve product documentation, including technical specifications, protocols, reports, and other relevant documentation.

Criteria:

• Possess a BSc (or equivalent) in an Engineering or Science discipline, or have equivalent industrial experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry or a similar highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements associated with product development in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
