Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Private Client Solicitor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, including:

• Drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Advising on inheritance tax planning and estate administration
• Managing probate applications and estate distribution
• Offering tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals on complex estate planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters efficiently and effectively
• Provide high-quality, client-centered advice to a varied client base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with clear, concise, and accurate legal guidance
• Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law
• Contribute to the firm's business development activities by engaging with potential clients and networking within the community

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in private client work
• Strong technical knowledge in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
