The Company

My client is a leader in digital transformations and is currently working with some big-brand names here in Northern Ireland, including the GAA and Danske Bank. The company's mission is to use digital technologies to create real tangible value for their clients, helping to increase success. This company works on a wide range of different products tailored to the needs of each and every client, clients are from different industries meaning that each project is unique.

The Role

• You will be hands-on leading the UI Engineering team working on the companies internal product business of sports software. This software supports payments, scheduling, and communication for leagues and clubs within the sports community
• Recruit, manage and motivate the team around you
• Own the development of features from definition to deployment, prioritising and delegating as appropriate
• Utilise your expertise to introduce new and modern technologies to existing applications

The Person

• Ideally 6 years of experience in software user interface development
• Ideally 4 years using React
• You will be willing to work across the entire application
• Experience with unit and functional testing of front end components
• You have experience working with RESTful APIs
• Strong CSS ability
• Experience with CI/CD techniques and building release pipelines for front end applications
• Understand and execute business requirements into technical requirements
