MCS Group is working closely with a leading, Irish-owned Managed Service Provider in their search for a Senior Systems Administrator. The Sys Admin will join a small, high-performing team working across a range of infrastructure projects covering; Cloud technologies, Networking and Security, IT Infrastructure design and Office 365. This is the perfect role for an experienced Systems Administrator with client facing skills who is seeking to work on high-value end-to-end projects and move away completely from tickets/help desk in their day-to-day.

The Person

You'll have a strong technical background in Windows System Administration (ideally Microsoft certified)

You'll consider yourself client facing and have a strong track record of working with clients who are both technical and non-technical.

You'll have experience of designing solutions for customers, including having input into statements of work (SOWs) and technical documentation.

Salary

Up to €80k which includes working from home (with 1-2 days per month out on customer site primarily in the Greater Dublin region)
