The Role:
As a Solicitor, you'll take ownership of your own caseload while working alongside a supportive and experienced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to handle varied and challenging personal injury cases in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal caseload of personal injury and litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence to build strong cases.
• Liaise with clients, medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court where required.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal standards and firm policies.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in personal injury.
• Strong case management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Client-focused with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Proficient with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
