Paralegal

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a reputable law firm in Omagh to recruit a skilled Paralegal. This position offers a valuable opportunity to work closely with experienced legal professionals, develop specialised expertise, and make a meaningful impact on client outcomes.

The Role:

You will assist with a range of property and probate matters, providing essential support to the legal team. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as deeds, contracts, and title assessments
• Preparing and managing documentation for wills, trusts, and probate cases
• Conducting title searches and due diligence to ensure smooth property transactions
• Maintaining organised, accurate case files and ensuring compliance with legal standards

The Person:

• A qualification in law, ideally with a focus on Property and Probate
• Previous experience in a paralegal or similar legal role within property or probate is advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centric approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools; experience with case management software is a plus
