As the Production Manager you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and objectives aligned with the company's vision
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of production supervisors, technicians, and support staff

You will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a heavy manufacturing environment.
