Operations Manager - Software Implementation

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a true disruptor within the tech space with their in house SAAS based platform that enables worldwide clients to manage their on premise workload, on the lookout for an Operations Manager to join their team.

About the Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the dedicated Software implementation team. You will drive the delivery of their bespoke software product from implementation and roll-out to training. You will collaborate closely with the development and support teams to offer a smooth and tailored service to existing and new clientele within the business. This is a role where you will have full autonomy to make your own and drive the company values using your own innovative ideas and strategy.

In this role you must have experience of managing a team that is deploying/ implementing Software.
