Job Description
MCS Group are delighted to be working with Irelands leading trend-spotting premium brand builder to recruit an on-trade Business Developer.
As an On-Trade Business Developer, you will aim to grow distribution and visibility of the businesses brand with an existing account base and identify and maximise new business opportunities. You will get the opportunity to travel throughout NI, meeting clients daily.
Core responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with total account list, outlet owners, managers and staff
- Ensure high levels of face-to-face call compliance across total account list
- Work closely with the On-Premise Sales Manager to actively the market & promote the brand portfolio.
- Execute promotional activity within the licensed trade
- Monitor and report on competitor and industry updates
- Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base
Requirements include:
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on own initiative and be a self-starter
- Ability to build effective relationships with customers and team members
- Experience of working within an FMCG environment is desirable
- Experience of working in field sales is desirable
- Experience of working within the in NI licensed trade is desirable
- Full, clean driving licence.
