MCS Group is seeking to recruit a talented Mechanical Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer to join a well-established industry leader in the manufacture of complex components for the automotive industry globally.

You will join as a Methods Engineer within the team where you will be supporting to achieve operational excellence throughout the R&D, the business, and manufacturing facility

The successful candidate will hold a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering with at least 1 year of experience gained working in an engineering role in a manufacturing environment. You will display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

It would be advantageous if you have knowledge of improvement techniques, RCM, TPM, FMEA, 5S, Kaizen, and project management exposure.
