Our client is an advanced manufacturing company, specialising in bespoke machine build, automation, robotics, and software solutions for companies globally. They are a progressive innovative organisation who are experiencing rapid business growth and as a result have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their expanding team.

As the Mechanical Design engineer, you will be responsible for developing creative solutions to the challenges associated with the design and development of machines and parts designing from new product concepts from initial design stage through to finished products.

The successful candidate:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree or related with 3 years' experience in a design role.
• Ability to create CAD drawings with experience of Solid Works or similar 3D CAD package.
• Effectively communicates in both written and verbal business development discussions.
• Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
