Job Description
I am delighted to be working with a leading Belfast company to recruit a Marketing Manager (Part time/ 4-day week) to join the ambitious team to lead the marketing function and manage the marketing activity across the business.
This Marketing role would be suitable for a Marketing Manager (PT) or an experienced Senior Marketing Executive (FT) ready to take their next step to elevate their career with a Market Leader.
This role offers a great chance to further your marketing career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Whilst you will be based in Belfast, you will oversee 4 prime locations across the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and support sales growth.
- Responsible for online brand management and corporate identity through social media activity and website management.
- Implement marketing campaigns both directly and through the trade market.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and campaigns
- Ensure effective promotion and marketing of the Company and its' events through education packs, press releases and effective communication.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing/brand management.
- Act as an event coordinator for customer and public facing events such as showroom open days, trade shows or promotional marketing events.
- Ongoing monitoring and analysing of the Company's marketing activity
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree (in a related field), or related experience/ qualifications
- 5 years + experience working in a marketing position.
- Experience in copywriting for blogs, social media copy and project case studies. You will also have experience in Content Creation using tools such as Canva, Creative Cloud Suite (Graphics, Images and video).
- Excellent stakeholder management with internal colleagues and third parties.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
