Marketing Manager

MCS Group are delighted to be working alongside a Belfast based company to recruit a Marketing Manager to plan, develop and execute the marketing strategy for the business.

Belfast based | up to £40k based on experience | Office based.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to take on a pivotal standalone role within the company. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and lead the entire marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and business growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy and is eager to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and support sales growth.
• Implement brand development strategies across multiple media platforms
• Responsible for online brand management through social media activity and website SEO management
• Using account based marketing to generate leads and move prospects along the sales funnel
• Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all staff are kept informed of marketing objectives and campaigns
• Ongoing monitoring and analysing of the Company's marketing activity
• Experience in copywriting for blogs, social media copy and project case studies. You will also have experience in Content Creation using tools such as Canva, Creative Cloud Suite (Graphics, Images and video).
• Excellent stakeholder management with internal colleagues and third parties.

Qualifications;

• 5 years + experience working in a marketing position and able to demonstrate achievement within other organisations
• 3^rd level qualification preferable but not necessary
• Previous front line sales experience would be advantageous
