MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing organisation in County Louth as they look to add a Marketing Executive to their growing team.

As Marketing Executive, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of the company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your marketing expertise while working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to drive impactful campaigns and strategies.

The main responsibilities:

• Meta Management: Oversee inbound and outbound marketing on Meta platforms, supporting the sales team with resources for effective campaigns.
• Customer-Facing Applications & Communications: Ensure all third-party websites, apps, and communication channels align with brand messaging.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare comprehensive reports on marketing activities, summarising performance metrics to aid strategic decision-making.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement innovative marketing strategies.
• Content Coordination & Creation: Manage and coordinate videos, photographs, case studies, and testimonials to enhance brand presence. Write and manage blogs, email campaigns, and associated reports, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Database Management: Maintain and optimize marketing databases
• Market Research: Conduct market trend and competitor analyses, delivering actionable insights to inform strategies.
• Social Media Management: Support and oversee social media initiatives, ensuring consistency and engagement across platforms.
• Tradeshow Participation: Represent the brand at tradeshows/events.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, providing insights to refine marketing efforts.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong partnerships, especially with local businesses.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualification in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a busy marketing environment.
• Demonstrable expertise in managing social media platforms and tools like Mailchimp and Hootsuite (or similar).
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive attitude
• A Full UK or ROI Driving Licence with access to a car and the ability to travel as required.
