Manufacturing Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for our successful Life Science client based in Larne. This is an exciting time to be part of an expanding manufacturing facility.

As the Manufacturing Engineer you will:

• Develop, analyse, and manage Manufacturing/ Assembly Projects. Assist in developing department capital and expense budgets
• Problem solve to address operational issues including ergonomic/ safety, efficiency improvements, process bottlenecks, and quality concerns
• Work with internal and external suppliers to develop and manage projects to ensure efficient and cost-effective systems and processes to produce quality products
• Design, develop and implement the integration of manufacturing systems including factory control software, scheduling techniques, simulation and systems application
• Coordinate, plan, monitor and report the activities associated with the flow analysis, design, financial modelling and implementation of complex manufacturing group technology cells in an assigned area.
• Provide manufacturing technical support in process control and internal certification.

You will have:

• A Degree in Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Up to 2 years post qualification experience
