Litigation Solicitor

MCS Group are excited to be working with one of Northern Ireland's leading criminal law firms, seeking to recruit a Litigation Solicitor in their Dundonald office.

Initially known for its work in criminal defence and litigation, the firm today has a stellar reputation in a variety of practise areas, including real estate, probate, family law, judicial reviews, and human rights law.

The Role

The successful candidate will be in charge of handling work delegated within Personal Injury Litigation, manage their own caseload and offer legal advice and support to clients.

The candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

• Advise and negotiate with clients and other professionals to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals
• Conduct research and ensure accuracy on legal documents
• Prepare for trials, hearings and closings
• Deal with delegated cases as required
• Experience in dealing with RTA's and personal injury cases
• Ability to prioritise and multitask
• Exceptionally organised; capable of being effective, adaptable, and work independently
