MCS Group is seeking a Senior Business analyst to lead, and design Oracle Fusion projects, both internally and externally. Working along side the service delivery team you will take point across implementations from initial gathering of requirements, to the successful delivery across Ocrale Fusions 4 key areas, HCM, ERP, EPM, and OIC.

The role

• Design, drive and ultimately delivery Oracle Fusion across a wide remit of business areas
• Define the projects scope from meeting with the client, to managing its successful delivery across the whole suite
• Advise on the best solutions for cleints at scale, getting the best out of the product for their needs and proactively engaging other areas where the platform can be utilised
• Support the delivery element of your team through all elements of the projects course, driving forward the business objectives and maintaining clear goals and roadmaps

Needed to succeed
Experience leading an Oracle Fusion project from inception, to delivery in a senior BA or lead function
