Across the Key Accounts, we look for ways to delight our customers - through exceptional service delivery, world class candidate care and continuous process improvements to delivery efficiency's across the business. Due to the continued growth across our Key Accounts, we are seeking a Key Account Manager to join the team.

The Role

Ultimately this role is to ensure that Honeycomb identifies and maximises opportunities within Key Client accounts, ensuring best in industry service delivery and ensuring we establish or maintain our position as their No.1 Recruitment provider.

Working with a number of Key accounts you will be the client brand ambassador externally to the candidate market and internally in Honeycomb.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for the success of the account, you will act as the lead and key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions in Honeycomb.
  • Build long term client relationships and become a "trusted" advisor for all service-related matters associated with the account.
  • Direct sourcing of agreed levels of vacancies as per SLA across the client accounts via the MCS database, job boards, linked in and head-hunting activity.
  • Qualify job and salary specifications, person specifications and other client requirements and record accurately as per company processes.
  • Proactively build a network of potential candidates to fulfil future requirements, working with the Marketing team on attraction strategies across online and offline channels
  • Proactively providing monthly analysis on recruitment statistics as per SLA and delivering on service KPIs as well as updates on candidate behaviours and market trends to shape and steer service delivery.

The Person

We are keen to speak to professionals who have a passion for customer service and relationship management, with exceptional time management and administration skills. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, key competencies include:

Essential Criteria

  • A strong academic background, educated to A Level (or equivalent level qualifications)
  • Maths & English GCSE at Grade C+ (or equivalent level qualifications)
  • IT Literate - intermediate level MS Office experience (including MS Excel)
  • Previous experience working within a fast paced, professional office environment.
  • Previous experience gained within a recruitment focused role.

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Previous experience in a similar account management role is desirable.
  • Experience with hiring temporary and contract employees
  • Experience in the Banking & Finance industry
  • Experience as an internal recruiter
