Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an award-winning local company who have been in business for over 120 years and are market leader in their industry. My client is recruiting a Junior Business Analyst who has strong technical skills and a real interest in data analytics.
The package:

About the role:
- Work with the lead Business Analyst to create one source of truth and insights through data.
- Design, implement and maintain reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business decision making.
- Create Power BI dashboards to report on KPIs.
- Ensure a high level of data quality and integrity.
About you:
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role.
- Third level qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, SQL and data visualisation, ideally Power BI.
- A true Team player with flexibility and the ability to use your own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, translating tech to non tech.
- A good combination of technical and analytical skills.
