IT Technical Officer

MCS Group is working alongside a fantastic Public Sector organisation as they look to add a new IT Technical Officer to the team. You will play a key role in delivering top-notch ICT support to end users across 5 main sites in Northern Ireland.

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert IT support via the helpdesk & onsite
• Maintain & troubleshoot PCs, laptops, mobile devices & networks
• Ensure cyber security & system efficiency
• Support staff & students across multiple campuses

What You Need:

• Level 3 qualification in ICT/Computing
• 1+ year of ICT support experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows & Active Directory
