MCS Group is working with a large manufacturer based in County Down who are currently growing at a rapid pace and branching their business into different sectors. This organisation are currently on the lookout for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their team to help support the busy infrastructure of their business.

The role:

• You will be responsible for supporting several in-house systems.
• Responsible for the analysis and resolution of technical issues escalated from the 1st Line Support Team.
• Create technical documentation related to quick technical fixes for end users to access.
• Provide on-hand support for network, switches and other IT Hardware.
• Support, maintain and troubleshoot current Windows Servers.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in an IT Support role or similar.
• Experience working with Networks and Switches.
• Hands-on Virtualisation experience.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Hands on Azure AD, M365 and active directory experience.
