IT Support Engineer (Level 1 & 2)
MCS Group are delighted to be partnering alongside a rapidly growing software company looking to onboard an IT Support Engineer and grow them through the next step in their career. Join a dynamic B2B product company as an IT Support Engineer and help provide support for Windows and Linux systems for clients across the globe.
You'll have the autonomy to excel in your role, the trust to bring business improvements and all whilst contributing to the businesses collective success collaborating with teams over the world.
Fully Remote, Anywhere in Ireland
The role:
Efficiently managing and resolving support tickets to ensure client satisfaction.
Offering technical support for both Level 1 and Level 2 issues, with a focus on windows and linux systems.
Facilitating contact with external stakeholders in a timely manner to identify and address issues.
Providing guidance and solutions for client product-related queries and upgrades.
Collaborating closely with internal product teams to enhance our roadmap and communicate long-term issue resolution plans.
The person:
Previous professional experience supporting Windows and Linux systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and external stakeholders.
Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address technical challenges.
Self-motivation and the capability to work independently in a remote setting.
A collaborative mindset and the flexibility to work with teams located worldwide.
Adaptability to thrive and adapt in a fast-growing company.
Salary on Offer: €35,000 - €45,000
