Job Description
MCS Group are delighted to be representing a successful homegrown software company who provide cutting edge solutions within the insurtech space and have an opportunity for an IT support engineer to join their Belfast office on a hybrid working basis.
Our client is local software company who provide bespoke solutions for customers across the U.K. employing over 50 staff locally. Due to continued success they have an opportunity for a IT support engineer to join their team.
Reporting to the IT manager you will be responsible for trouble shooting tickets for customers as well as being responsible for maintaining infrastructure and project work including network infrastructure. You will also get the opporunity to support the devOps and engineering teams across operational needs of the business.

About you
- Have a degree in an IT related discipline
- Ideally have 1+ years experience experience in a similar role trouble shooting and support infrastructure environments
- Have experience in Microsoft technologies including azure, o356, active directory etc.
- Ideally have experience in devOps or cloud technologies and interest in moving into this area
- Ideally have an operations/infrastructure background with awareness in networking etc
