Job Description
MCS Group are delighted to be working with a Large Public Sector Client based in County. Fermanagh in adding a IT Support Admin on a long term contract.
The Role:
- Provide technical support to IT Project Manager / Senior Managers as required.
- Day to day management of an ITIL compliant helpdesk.
- Trouble shoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.
- Undertake ongoing planning, monitoring, and budgeting of project(s) progress.
The Person:
- Minimum of 3 years technical experience within IT Support.
- Evidence of further development in IT technical support related roles.
- Current Drivers License and access to own transport.
