MCS Group are currently working with one of the largest Logistics companies based in Northern Ireland. They have been expanding their IT Team for the last decade and are now keen to add an IT Service Delivery Manager to their ranks. This IT Service Delivery Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really make a role their own and drive success within the team.

The role:

• You will be required to manage a small team of Support Engineers.
• Act as a final point of escalation for the support team.
• Support the delivery of new applications across.
• Ensure all support calls and response times are kept to company standards.
• Manage stakeholders within the business.

The Person:

• Experience within a senior help desk in a hands-on technical capacity.
• Experienced managing a small team of people.
• Knowledge of working with virtualisation, networking, firewalls, switching, and security technologies.
