QA Manager

MCS Group is seeking an IT Quality and Test Manager to join one of Northern Ireland's top 100 companies.

In this role you will ensure their IT hardware and software comply with industry regulations and standards, taking full ownership of the validation and testing process. You will manage a small team, and work across multiple departments improving processes and SOP where you see fit.

The role

• Ensure the organisation's compliance with industry regulations, across all areas of technology.
• Own the end-to-end approval, testing, and go-live process
• Manage a team of test analysts
• Implement improvements where you see fit across, SOP, documentation, and staff training.
• Support the audit and inspection functions across a wide range of areas
• Approve all test results and ensure a high-quality process is used

Needed to succeed

• Experience of working within a heavily regulated environment
• Experience of wrokign along side
• Knowledge of the testing frameworks, and quality processes
• Strong experience leading, and owning the testing process
