The Position

• You will provide 3rd line support to internal users and clients globally
• You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and ongoing support of IT systems
• Excellent opportunity to be exposed to the software used in the financial sector
• You will be supporting systems around complex business critical financial systems
• There will be opportunities to become more project orientated

About you

• You have strong experience in similar support position at a 3^rd line level
• You have experience with Windows OS, AD, Exchange and Citrix
• SCCM, DNS and DHCP experience will help your application
• Articulate with strong communication skills
