Job Description
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a Top 100 Company who are seeking to build out their on site IT Team by adding an IT Infrastructure Engineer to the team.
This is a very hands on role looking for someone who is keen to grow and develop their skills in new technology.
You will be responsible for:
- Proactively manage and maintain the IT solutions portfolio at a 3rd Line Level
- Conduct in-depth problem identification and perform root cause analysis.
- Perform regular health checks and provide service improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to IT infrastructure projects and service enhancement initiatives.
- Lead proactive maintenance efforts, including patch management and system upgrades.
- Monitor service performance, generate detailed reports, and implement risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for technical support and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure services consistently meet or exceed SLA requirements.
What you will have:
- 3+ Years of experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 2019 - 2022.
- Experience working with Azure AD, Onedrive and Group Policy.
- Experience supporting a large scale multi site business.
