MCS Group is seeking a senior Infrastructure Consultant/Architect for one of Ireland's leading MSPs. Reporting directly to the Technical Director, you'll join a managed service provider renowned for providing first class customer service and cutting-edge technologies to a range of businesses and industries across Ireland. The Senior Infrastructure consultant will sit within their project team, design and delivering solutions across a range of technologies such as virtualisation, networking and security and cloud computing.

The Person & Role

The Infrastructure Architect will work with a variety of customers, designing complex solutions - from initial scoping out to delivery & implementation.

You'll consider yourself client facing and have a strong track record of working with clients who are both technical and non-technical.

You'll have experience of designing solutions for customers, including having input into statements of work and technical documentation, and support pre-sales activities.

You'll have a strong technical background in Windows System Administration (ideally Microsoft certified) and ideally have exposure of working within a Managed Services setting.

You'll be comfortable working from home, with occasional travel to client site (primarily in the Great Dublin area).

You'll have deep exposure to working with at least one of the following: Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Networking and Firewalls.

Salary

Up to €90k which includes working from home (with 1-2 days per month out on customer site primarily in the Greater Dublin region)
