Investment Management Assistant

MCS is delighted to be recruiting for a leading global Wealth Management & Financial Planning firm, who are expanding their Wealth Management team by adding an Investment Management Assistant to their Dublin (D4) offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly renowned firm at a time of exciting business growth.

This is a brand new, full-time permanent opportunity in Dublin, which will see the successful individual take a significant career step in their investment management or financial planning journey.

This role would be ideal for someone with 1 - 2 years' working experience in a support role within banking or financial services who is ready to make the move to a more client-facing, technical position.

Your Package

• Package of €35,000 - €50,000

What your day would look like

• Supporting the investment managers in the production of portfolio proposals, pitches and relevant administration
• Management of account opening processes from prospect to onboarded client
• Supporting continual business development through adherence to client processes and procedures
• Preparing client documents for investment management teams and intermediaries
  

Your skills

• Ideally having 1 - 2 years' experience in a support role within banking or financial services
• Desire to attain financial advisor certification
• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field of study - Business, Finance or similar
• Highly analytical with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
