As their Internal Sales Rep, you will be selling to existing customers and also supporting the Field Sales Representatives to grow our business.

Core Responsibilities:

• Making outbound sales calls
• Processing sales orders on the CRM system.
• Answering specific inbound customer enquiries.
• Monitoring Live Chat system.
• Work closely with the external sales team to track, assign and qualify leads

Requirements include:

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload to provide top level customer service
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• A desire for continuous personal and professional development
• Profession and friendly telephone manner
• Motivated to find solutions for customer
• Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
