The Role:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the internal audit, SOX or control assurance engagements from start to finish
• Execution of high end and more technical engagements
• Presenting results of audit findings to senior stakeholders
• Mentoring and developing a team of Internal Auditors
• Identifying and pursuing any potential future clients
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person:

• ACA/ACCA Qualifed or equivalent
• Extensive experience of working within Internal Audit, preferably working with a diverse range of clients
• Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities and ability to develop and motivate teams with team members at all levels
• Ability to develop effective client relationships, in particular establishing rapport, trust and confidence with stakeholders
• Desire to progress you career to the highest level
