Job Description
MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a distinguished public sector entity in Northern Ireland. This organisation is currently in search of an adept Information Systems and Records Manager to spearhead their drive towards enhanced business processes and digital innovation.
Job Duties:
- Champion ongoing reviews, coordination, and implementation of information systems for business process enhancement.
- Efficiently coordinate and manage the application and maintenance of their Information Management Systems.
- Take charge of development, implementation, and testing, proactively resolving technical issues to ensure seamless system functionality.
- Uphold Data Integrity through regular checks and well-documented audit trails.
- Implement and enforce the Records Management Policy and Retention Schedule, overseeing archiving and destruction processes.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in information governance, compliance, data protection, and records management.
- Proficient in leveraging information systems, with a knack for designing and extracting reports for diverse projects.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new information systems, be it integration or replacement of manual processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, HubSpot, or other CRM/information systems.
- Enthusiastic about contributing to digital solutions and driving business improvement within the unique context of the public sector.
