Job Description
MCS Group is currently working with a worldwide company that specialises in the customisation and installation of cloud-based technology and supporting those systems for their customers. They are currently seeking to add a Junior Implementation Specialist to their team to support clients throughout the whole process from installation to support requirements.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients to understand system requirements.
- Executing and constructing a solution aligned with client requirements.
- Delivering continuous software assistance to our established client base.
- Monitoring and overseeing project advancement.
- Devising optimisation strategies and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinating with all internal departments Performing miscellaneous tasks as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities, comfortable with external presentations
- Proficiency in MS Excel IT adeptness with troubleshooting skills
- Integrity Readiness to acquire new knowledge
Desired Skills:
- Background in project management.
- Experience with Time & Attendance or HR software implementation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
Remuneration:
- Monday - Friday
- Hybrid working
- Ballymoney Based office
- Salary Up to £30,000
