Senior HSE Officer

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a fast growing Environmental company, with sites across the UK & Ireland to recruit a Senior HSE Officer for their site in the Lisburn area.

You will be;

• Develop and maintain EHS standards and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategies and programmes which will consistently deliver EHS targets.
• Develop and maintain ISO, EHS and energy management systems and all associated documentation.
• Risk identification, assessment, communication and control.
• Generate, review and revise risk assessments, RAMs, SOPs and training materials.
• Responsible for walkthroughs, inspections, internal and external audits, coaching, and closing non-compliances.
• Liaise with stakeholders, external auditors, clients and the regulatory authorities.
• Develop and deliver internal training programmes, schedule and coordinate external training

Criteria;

• Relevant Qualification in Health and Safety (E.g. NEBOSH, IOSH...)
• Minimum 3 years experience in a Health & Safety role.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, dangerous goods and fleet management principles.
• Full driving License

Salary circa 40K!!
