HR Consultant - Permanent - Dublin

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a multi-award winning organisation, as they look to introduce an HR Consultant to their team on a full-time permanent basis.

The role:

You will contribute to and support the delivery of a variety of engagements, including the preparation of client deliverables. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of tasks, and will lead on specific projects. An additional aspect of the role at this level will be to support the business development initiatives of the team.

The main responsibilities:

• Leading and supporting on client and people and change projects from initiation to close.
• Engaging project stakeholders in order to effectively manage client delivery and projects.
• Working onsite and virtually with clients implementing transformation and change programmes.
• Design and delivery of training and wider HR consulting support.
• Preparation of formal reports, training content and presentations.
• Ensuring assigned projects and tasks meet required deadlines.
• Conducting industry research and thought leadership covering the key market sectors/target clients.
• Supporting business development initiatives and leading on the preparation of proposals and tendering for new client work.

The ideal candidate:

• A degree in HR or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Experience working on and supporting business transformation and/or large change programmes or projects.
• Experience in organisational design, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy and HR operations.
• Experience in designing and delivering skills-based training.
• Experience in supporting business development an advantage including preparation of proposals, tendering and bids writing.
