HR Team Lead - County Fermanagh - Permanent opportunity

MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with an organisation based in County Fermanagh that currently requires a highly experienced HR Generalist on a full-time, permanent basis.

The role:

You will be responsible for the management and development of the HR Shared Services Team. In this role, you will provide vital HR support to both the Head of HR and the HR Business Partners in the effective delivery of a progressive HR Service.

The main responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate and support the HR Shared Services Team;
• Conduct a service-wide review of operating polices and procedures.
• Manage and oversee the efficient, effective and timely delivery of all recruitment and selection activities;
• Manage and oversee the ongoing development and implementation of the associated modules within the HR System.
• Manage and oversee all learning and development activities.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of HR administration, including absence management, learning and development, finance and payroll changes (e.g. paybooks) and pensions;
• Conduct workplace investigations as required in line with policies and procedures and best practice.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of developments across a broad range of HR related activity to include changes to regulations, legislation and terms and conditions of employment.

The successful candidate:

• Degree in a related field
• 2 years of HR Generalist experience
• Management experience within an HR function
• CIPQ Qualified
