HR Operations Manager - Dublin - Professional Services
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in Dublin who are looking to add an HR Operations Manager to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role:
This role involves leading HR operations to enhance efficiency and organisational success. You will focus on optimising processes, ensuring service excellence, and fostering continuous improvement in HR and administrative functions.
The main responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and timely responses to queries.
- Manage payroll processes, employee records, and the implementation of technology to improve workflows.
- Oversee the performance management process at the firm, working to continuously improve processes and increase engagement.
- Develop and support HR team members, offering guidance on policies, performance, and people management.
- Provide operational leadership and support to the wider HR team, as and when required.
- Supervise the wider team ensuring efficient service delivery, fair workloads, and structured training programmes.
- Handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management for the wider team.
The ideal candidate:
- 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- At least five years' HR Operations management experience, managing a team with proven strong leadership skills.
- An experienced HR professional with a focus on process improvement and service excellence.
- Experience working in a Professional Services organisation is essential.
- Strong hands on experience and knowledge of Irish legislation.
