HR Officer - County Louth - Award winning organisation

MCS Group has been chosen to exclusively partner with a multi-award-winning organisation, as they look to introduce an HR Officer to their team, on a full-time, permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support across a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support managers with employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Assist with payroll administration and ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Provide advice on HR matters, including legal compliance and company policies.
• Manage employee benefits and assist with the development of well-being programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Officer role or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with HR software and systems.
• A CIPD level 5 qualification.
